## What its pages say

Quoted word for word from forward2me.com's own pages.

- In their own words: “forward2me is Europe's premier parcel forwarding company that has become a leading platform for global shopping. The company was founded in 2010 after concluding that UK expats and foreign nationals wanting to shop in the UK were getting a raw deal. (See how the European Commission agrees with us.) Too often retailers in other countries don't carry the variety found in UK stores or aren't as price competitive as in the UK.” (https://www.forward2me.com/about/)
- Do returns cost anything: “Marketplace sellers must now "either (1) provide a local address in their elected country for returns, or (2) pay for return shipping on all returns" .” (https://www.forward2me.com/returns-management/)
- Delivery cost: “Step 3: We receive your items and we will then do our best to forward it on to you wherever you are as soon as possible once we have checked the contents to ensure they can safely and legally be shipped to your country of residence and they are packaged in the most appropriate way (on a pallet or reduced in size to save on shipping costs).” (https://www.forward2me.com/bespoke-large-item-shipping/)
- Who you're buying from: “Our registered office is at York House, Green Lane West, Preston, PR3 1NJ.” (https://www.forward2me.com/terms-of-trade/)
